- SSSonya ShelleyJun 8, 20252.0We had a plaque made for our son. The font was chosen by the shop and the letters on the engraving are all wavy, indicating they should have chosen a different font if their machine cannot handle that one. The picture was printed on regular paper and had white on the top and bottom because they didn't size the picture correctly. It was also cut without precision, so a rough edge stuck out from beneath the plastic cover. There was black dust of some sort under the plastic cover, so I had to take the cover off and print my own picture. One of the screws was almost stripped. The plastic was ok, but has a few scratches. Glass would be much nicer. About the only nice thing about this plaque is the wood it's on. They do seem to have a quality printer for the photos, so it's unfortunate they couldn't size the photo and print it on nicer paper.
