  We had a plaque made for our son. The font was chosen by the shop and the letters on the engraving are all wavy, indicating they should have chosen a different font if their machine cannot handle that one. The picture was printed on regular paper and had white on the top and bottom because they didn't size the picture correctly. It was also cut without precision, so a rough edge stuck out from beneath the plastic cover. There was black dust of some sort under the plastic cover, so I had to take the cover off and print my own picture. One of the screws was almost stripped. The plastic was ok, but has a few scratches. Glass would be much nicer. About the only nice thing about this plaque is the wood it's on. They do seem to have a quality printer for the photos, so it's unfortunate they couldn't size the photo and print it on nicer paper.

  From the moment we entered Recognition Plus, we felt in good hands. Tophies, plaques, apparrel, and a multitude of beautiful ways to recognize, appreciate, and acknowledge others could be seen throughout the store. After viewing several beautifully designed plaques, we walked up to Greg and explained that we wanted a tree memorial plaque. Unfortunately, the item we initially saw wouldn't be available for three weeks. We explained we would be leaving Missouri in 3 days and asked if he had anything else that he would recommend. After he pulled out an ordering book and showed us an elegant black and gold laser steel plaque that could be posted in the ground as a tree memorial plaque, we were hopeful! He ordered the parts right away (it was Wednesday), noting that he should receive the items from his distribution center by Friday at 3:00 p.m. and have the plaque engraved by 4:00 p.m.. We truly appreciated Greg's willingness to go this extra mile to create a beautiful tree memorial plaque for us in such a short period of time. On Friday, around 3:00 p.m. Greg called and said the parts had been delivered and the plaque would be ready for pick-up by 4:00 p.m. as predicted. When we saw it, we were amazed - stunned actually! It was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. His choice of lettering styles, word and line spacing, and letter sizing definitely attested to his eye for design! Moreoever the price was exceedingly reasonable especially since it was a rush order and Greg's exquisite artistic talent was apparent! We are so grateful for Greg's outstanding personalized service, work ethic, craftsmanship, and product quality! Recognition Plus is definitely a 5+ stars business!

  Can’t say enough about this place. They always do amazing work and most recently bailed me out of a last minute situation. Highly recommend. Very professional and always promise on their delivery.

  I met Greg from Recognition Plus a few years ago and he diligently has been searching for the perfect promotional item for my company. He not only found the most on point giveaway, he helped negotiate the cost and make sure that it arrived safe and sound - AND that I would be best using it with my clients.
