I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!
- AMA MJul 14, 20253.0They carried lots of different brands, Nearly every line I looked at had XS and 2XL, nothing in between. I loaded up on about 5 different brands in various sizes. I had been in there quite a long time, and no one ever came and asked if I needed help with another size. I went out there twice in their scrub pants and my t-shirt I wore in for different sizes. "Do you need any help?" No...I got it. The staff was very disengaged, and they need to keep loaded up on more common sizes. I left frustrated.
