Candy or whatever her name is was super unprofessional and rude. just look at the way they respond to these reviews. cant take any criticism and just straight up snarky. she was accusing my sister of lying with no proof whatsoever. The delivery driver also sucks, and he lied. there were supposed to be flowers and chocolate covered strawberries delivered but only the strawberries were delivered. the delivery driver then told the manager that he delivered both the flowers and strawberries and claimed my sister had grabbed the flowers first and set them down before he took the photo which is just completely untrue. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A PICTURE IF UR NOT GONNA HAVE BOTH THE ITEMS IN THE PICTURE!!!!!!!!!! they then refused to give her boyfriend a refund and told her to come pick up the flowers herself. we told the manager that we were going to complain to the company and she said “ go ahead and try, its just gonna come back to me” super duper rude and would not recommend this specific location.

Tried to call my sister a liar, when her boyfriend bought her chocolates and flowers but only received chocolates. He asked if she had flowers and had no clue that he got them because they were a surprise so that’s why the call was made. The delivery driver is a liar and said that he gave them to her when she only received the chocolates and he only had photo proof of the chocolates and NOT the flowers. Didn’t do anything to accommodate and just a horrible experience overall. Would 100% never recommend anyone come here.

I highly recommend the Roseville location where customer service is always on point even down to small changes. Update: The owner reached out to me directly, which I appreciated. However, the conversation felt a bit odd, as there didn’t seem to be much understanding or resolution regarding my concerns. I truly believe she may not be aware of what her customers are being told. My myself and my business partner have both tried to order from from here. As a business owner myself, I always look for creative ways to surprise and delight my customers—especially through thoughtful gifts upon pickup. I was hoping this particular place would be one of those go-to places that help me put a smile on someone’s/my customers face. Who knows, maybe I’ll give it another try, because I genuinely enjoy supporting other businesses!
