My wife and I needed assistance with sorting through estate jewelry and appraisal questions. We also had some jewelry in need of repair. Cameron was pleasent to talk to and very knowledgeable with the estate jewelry process. We had some precious jewelry that will be appraised. Not only did he not make me feel like a nuisance (shoutout to the three other stores that did), he actually offered to order the watch for me and took the time to walk me through everything like a true pro. Gene blew the customer service out of the water. I wasn’t just a customer—I was a watch enthusiast on a noble quest, and Gene was my guide. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet, but when I do, it’s gonna be with Gene. He made the experience enjoyable, informative, and refreshingly human.
