When you walk into a store and get treated insignificantly -Not a place I would like to do business with. Wish we had more options in Minnesota. Not a good representation to the company - Will not do business in this company or store in the future.

I brought in a watch I had purchased as a Christmas gift (not a cheap one), because it started acting up—despite being less than a year old. One of the sales associates quickly dismissed the issue, suggesting it probably just “needed oil” and implied it might not be covered under warranty. I had to push her to check with a manager, who thankfully confirmed the watch was still under warranty. Four weeks later, I received an email saying the repair was complete. When I called to confirm pickup, the person on the phone told me someone had already picked it up. I nearly lost it. Only after giving her the order number did she finally locate it. Completely unacceptable. Terrible service from start to finish. The staff seriously need better training and communication. I don’t see myself returning to this location.
