I have been shopping there for the last eight years, typically going there for birthdays, anniversaries, and gatherings for my kids and grandkids to help them with school clothes. Today, I was followed around the store by a lady who worked there but would not tell me her name. She kept asking, "May I help you?" I politely declined her assistance each time. After paying $475 for my clothes at the cash register, I asked the man if he was the manager. When he confirmed, I expressed that this was the worst experience I had ever had in a Polo store. And I definitely was racially profiled,I will not be returning and will be contacting corporate to address the issue.
