I needed a last-minute large volume coffee maker and Doucette's instantly met my need. In fact, they provided me with a brand new never been used before item! Their price beat their competitor's by a long shot. In fact, their competitor fell through last minute and Doucette's really saved the day for me! Their family run small business style and amazing customer service was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Doucette's and they will be my first choice for my next rental need!

The first time I called and all the way through until the day of pick-up I spoke with Nikki. She was very helpful, understanding, and pleasant to talk to. The day of pick-up and then the day of drop off I dealt with a different woman I feel bad I forgot her name but she was as helpful as could be. The only part I didn't like was the cost that would have been added if I would have had Doucette's deliver, set up, and take down. It would have been almost the cost of the bounce house itself. I made the decision to do it myself to save the money. All I can say is I'm so glad I had my cousin and best friend to help me or I wouldn't have been able to unload it let alone set it up and the rest. I have a van and the Bounce House the sand bags and the blower took up the entire back. There was barely enough room for my daughter to have her seat. It was like a giant cylinder shape all rolled up in a bag. In the end it was all completely worth it just to see smiles on everyone's faces when they walked in and seen it. It was definitely the highlight of the best birthday party I could have ever given my daughter! Thank you all so much! I thought for sure someone would have reached out after I returned it to see how it went and if I had any issues but I understand.
