- KRKelsey R5 days ago1.0I was really excited to have a new place to shop in the area, but I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter, and after only two weeks — about 10 school days — the shoes completely separated. When I went in to return them, I was told it needed manager approval. I explained to the manager, Joy that the shoes were barely worn and were already falling apart. She refused the return, saying it was due to “excessive wear.” I asked if there was really nothing she could do, considering the short amount of time my daughter had them. Her response was, “I’ll give you your $19.97 back because you bullied me,” which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
- CCChloeNov 14, 20252.0As far as Nordstrom racks go, this one seems to be lacking. The staff is not very friendly, things are disorganized, and the amount of inventory seems different than other locations. Maybe they just don’t get a great selection.

The staff rudely said the bathroom stall could be used. This is despicable behavior that not only does not support breastfeeding but does not support women nor the customer. Do better Nordstrom rack
