They parade through the store as if they belong to the world of luxury, yet it’s obvious they couldn’t afford the merchandise without their employee discount… and even then, likely still couldn’t. Most look like they’re rotating the same tired suit, worn thin and dusty, as if it were a uniform rather than a choice. Meanwhile, real customers with real sales concerns are met with dismissiveness and disdain. My advice to anyone shopping with Prada: place your order online and use in-store pickup. Do not reward this staff with a commission. They haven’t earned a single cent of your hard-earned money.

My partner bought me a card holder here, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. The lady at the entrance was warm and apologetic when we had to wait briefly before entering. Once inside, Alex welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm, guided us through the products, checked prices, brought out a brand-new item, and even prepared a beautiful gift package. The entire experience felt personal, attentive, and professional. I truly felt well taken care of, and I would highly recommend this store.
