The people at this store were AMAZING, super helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to help us return and re-order my son's boots. Great customer experience and great people working at this store!

Brianna gave us good specific information about the shoe we chose and was so very genuinely kind and interested in us even though we were there past the closing time. When Justin came over to check on us we were struggling with funding a good fit. He was super helpful and helped us get the fit we needed. They were both very knowledgeable about Vans shoes and how they are made in order to help us get the fit needed. We left twenty minutes later with a great looking pair of kicks.
