I had no idea how high end these watches really are. yet from the moment i walked in, i was treated like a prince. The salesman asked on point questions and took me directly to a watch that i immediately new I wanted. I asked how much a watch like this goes for and was told "37". Completely within my budget and i was starting to believe my 6 month search for the perfect watch was over. When i asked if the band was 10 or 14k, the response came back immeidately: 18k. Q: plate? A: Solid. It was at that very moment that i realized when he said "37" i knew he meant 37 thousand, not the 37 hundred i had assumed. This watch would be almost as much as i paid for my car and simply represents a world that i don't live in. I made small talk for a few minutes more, asked to see the same watch on a leather band (in all honestly, the leather band made the watch look even better compared to the solid gold and reduced the price to 18), i signed up for a mailing list. i want to give this business 5 stars for their customer service, it was outstanding! i was treated with respect and dignity and the salesman never EVER looked down on me. Thank you! PS: now all the watches i am looking at are being compared to the watch you showed me and all are lacking!

- MAMike ArmstrongNov 13, 20235.0I've been slowly introducing my significant other to the watch world and she wanted to look at some higher end watches...Of course, Breitling is one of the top on the list to look at so we went to the boutique Sat 11/11/23. Our salesman Mr. Dan Lopez-Sosa was outstanding and understood there's a lot to consider when purchasing a watch. He was patient and showed her several models, not once was he pushy to make a sale I'd like to add. I think now she has a pretty good idea what she wants and Dan will be the guy I ask for when we go back. Thank you Dan for showing my lady how cool the whole watch experience can be!
