While marveling over jewelry, the workers seemed to be mocking us and snickering to themselves in whining tones. “Let me buy a ring to match my bracelet” and “Are you *STILL* finding everything alright??” is what they were saying in mocking voices. They even went as far to comment on their own unkind statements by saying to eachother, “That felt good, I haven’t done that in a while.” Excuse me??? We were there for 15 minutes?? Also why are you mocking customers as they shop your store? Super unprofessional. These women were disgustingly rude, and the epitome of everything a customer service worker shouldn’t be. Sat June 21 2025 @ about 4:45pm. Fire them asap tbh.

My friends and I overheard the workers talking terribly about ourselves and other customers who were still inside the store. I’ll never visit again and I put back anything I was considering to purchase because of how horrible they treated customers. I’ve never seen such blatant disrespect from people in “customer service” and was appalled by their behavior. The entire time I was looking at the jewelry I heard the girls mocking my conversation with my friends. It was unbelievably rude.

My friends and I experienced nothing but dirty looks, rude stares, and could hear blatant shit-talking about our choices in products, we left immediately. I get it to talk about a customer after they leave, but right while they stand there is a whole other level - on top of that, we weren’t even rude - we minded our business. Please find something better to do, like your job queens :)
