I proof read my personalized card way more than I needed to, however, the card read incorrectly and was not exactly how it was written. I informed an employee who was apologetic and kind, however, when I pay $80 for a small arrangement, I expect there to be more attention to detail and definitely proof reading of personalized messages for orders submitted online.
