Tells you one ship date when you purchase a item and you give them 2 extra days and go to pick it up and they tell you it's 4 to 6 days from being there. Didn't know it took 10days to go from Ann Arbor to Saginaw.

Worth the drive! They have a super large selection of new & used guns of all price & quality ranges. They have knowledgeable staff that is helpful & willing to accept any realistic offer. Good place to find exactly what you want at a fair price.

I was greated by someone when I came in which I appreciated. He also directed me where to go for online pickup. Let me just say it was an absolute mess. There is no sign or anything indicating where to go for a pick up, customers were confused, staff was getting frustrated, and there was a billion steps just to get my item. I would have been better off just going in and grabbing the product off the shelf myself and checked out. I just thought online would be easier, and boy was I wrong. I get checking ID for your order but signing for it is a bit extreme, and just another step that is unnecessary. Then I had to wait for somone to even bring me the item I purchased, it wasn't at the front. I will never do online pick up again. As someone who works in retail over 25+ years, there is a better, more efficient customer friendly way to get your order.

I went into Cabela’s in Saginaw to purchase a crossbow that was a $1100. I asked the gentleman if I could shoot these before I purchased it he hesitated. I said is there a problem ..::while I was going to go to lunch? But he agreed time he got all the Safety stuff off it so people wouldn’t steal it he took it in the back room, flipped it upside down to remove the trigger guard with the cap covers open. He put it down on the scope and bent the cap covers. He had no idea how to operate the crossbow whatsoever. I did not want to purchase that one I end up buying another one on the shelf You need to train your employees. I don’t think I’ll be going back there anytime soon. Thanks Lee for your help you need training or retirement
