I struggle with ordering shoes online because they never fit properly once I recieved them. To my surprise, Chester Boot Shop offers much more than just boots. A very nice gentlemen named Zach was definetly willing to help me out. He provided me with 6-7 different options to try within my 14-15 wide size range. Never once got any sense of annoyance from him. Never felt rushed one bit. Not everyday anymore you find somebody pleasant to work with in customer service. I will be coming back here for all my work shoes/Boot needs. Thanks Chester Boot Shop!
