Had some socks that I got for Christmas that did not fit and had the receipt for the return. Before asking me how I would like it back, she returned it back to the gifters card. She said "you need to tell me what you want to do before I do it cause now it's already returned so" and then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to sign up for a credit card. So great now I don't get the money back to purchase something else. She also said oh well you couldn't have exchanged it anyways. She was so rude and impolite. And then there was also a line of 5-6 people behind me but they didn't bother to open another register to get customers in and out faster. I waited about a half an hour in line. Don't buy from Penneys
