I was carefully looking at the makeup when this lady named Mary that works in a different section came over and snatched the makeup so rough out of my hand to the point where I felt her nails. It was humiliating and totally unprofessional. She ruined our Shopping vibe. Nordstrom, you need to train your staff better. Mary needs to learn some manners and respect all her customers at all costs. I’ve never had a problem. All the workers are amazing. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.

Over the course of this year, I have had four or five separate incidents where, after waiting at the register, Leslie redirected me to another register, stating that she was busy. Each time, I later observed that she did not appear to be occupied. Experiencing this repeatedly has made me feel singled out and unwelcome, and I am deeply concerned that this may reflect racial discrimination. As I was a loyal customer until today, I strongly believe Nordstrom should not stand for such behavior. I respectfully ask that this matter be investigated and addressed appropriately. It is important that all customers are treated equally and that Nordstrom continues to uphold its reputation for fairness, inclusivity, and excellent service.
