  please tell the employee who played i am the best by 2NE1 that they deserve a raise. genuinely made me stop dead in my tracks. will shop here if the opportunity presents itself

  Went in today looking at the Peter Millar section, I was greeted when I walked in the men’s clothing area and while I was looking at the clothes Robert came up to me and assisted me, there wasn’t anything in my size and Robert went above and beyond to help me find things I could compare. I ended up purchasing 2 things that will be shipped to my house. I hope Robert receives this review and he made me feel welcome and insured about my online order, I will be back!

  Terrible customer service in the bag/purse department. Employees stood around talking for so long that we didn’t even realize that they were employees. We were the only ones in the section at the time and they completely ignored us. Then as more people walked into the section they approached each person and deliberately skipped us. Just walked over and stood next to us, at this point I told my husband that I’d rather take my business elsewhere and the female employee just laughed. Nordstrom used to be known for their customer service, but this location is just going downhill.

  No one works in the men's shoe department. I went back twice today between 1:55pm and 2:05pm and it was completely empty, and I need to buy an assortment of good shoes. Glad those the sales people can keep up their conversations in other various parts of the store, you guys must be swimming in money to be so indifferent. Or perhaps those sales people are in-between customers and have to group up due to the company being too cheap to hire at least one person to watch over the men's shoe department. Either way; enjoy paring down even faster. Please, by all means, have zero hindsight it's what I expect at this point.
