Gabby, the employee at the counter, seemed immediately annoyed and was unhelpful. She requested all the necessary information, so I provided her with my receipt, driver's license, and the damaged product. However, Gabby appeared to lack the competence or training needed to handle the return, so she called over Logan for assistance. Unfortunately, Logan seemed just as unskilled as Gabby. He informed me that I could not receive a cash refund and instead suggested that my money could be put on a gift card. I declined and requested my cash refund instead. They then asked for my driver's license and personal information again. I refused to provide my driver's license due to privacy concerns and decided to share my information verbally instead. After I gave Gabby and Logan my last name, they both accused me of lying and providing incorrect information. They told me I needed to calm down after being called a liar and stated that I wouldn't be able to get a refund that day. I have purchased many items from Dunham's in the past, but that experience will be my last visit. I can't understand why the company requires my address and insists on seeing my driver's license just to process an eight-dollar return.
