Chatted with Columbia.com and said they would open an investigation. Now here on the 29th of may, I chatted again and told me to reorder. After this feasticle of chatting 2-5 times, I don’t want to reorder and wait another 3 weeks for a package to arrive. I contacted ups when the package was dropped off and said I never received package, it was delivered at my complex but not my door
