  They do their best to try to meet the needs of the customers if they don't have it in the store they also made another option that they can order it and have it delivered to your home. To me I think that demonstrator good customer service and maybe in the future they can try to accommodate tall women and teens of size

  My name is Ashley, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Shaquanda at the Scrubs & Beyond on Linden Road! She was so friendly, professional, and patient while helping me find the perfect scrubs. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of colors, sizes, and brands. The quality of the scrubs is amazing—comfortable, durable, and stylish. Thanks to Shaquanda’s excellent customer service, this is now my favorite place to shop for workwear!Great job Shaquanda!!!

  Walked in and was greeted with a lackluster “hi”. I stood at the front counter and watched as the lady stocked the rest of the clothes for 2 minutes before even asking if she could help. When we are the only 2 in the store. When I told her what I needed she sounded like she didn’t want to help and like I was an inconvenience to her life. Telling me I can go online and that I didn’t have to come in the store because what I need is on back order anyways. Asked me what size I needed and I said “im not sure, that’s why I’m here to try on” and she acted like it was a chore to even help me do that. If I didn’t have to buy from here for my dental Hygiene program I absolutely would NOT. Customer service is not their priority in the slightest.
