The whole experience was going well and we had the pleasure of being taken care of by a worker (sorry can’t remember his name, but he was an older gentleman with a blue shirt and he was doing work mostly in the fitting rooms). My partner had a polo track suit ready up front for us to purchase and we wanted to pick out a shirt to go underneath when an older white man with a grey polo shirt and grey hair comes over to us and starts making conversation with us acting as tho he is a customer and is looking for a good deal and is asking us what the best deal is here. He seemed really nice at first, but very quickly he got insanely close to me to try and look in my bags I assume. We end our conversation and we get in line to check out and this man hops over and nearly tripped over the rope to the line just to get close to us again to see Then he starts spewing off and making conversation with the cashier completely disrupting everyone just to ask her what the best year of the year is. Then he says I’ll come back when there’s a good deal. He leaves the store, spends 20 seconds looking through the window at us and then walks back in and to the back of the store like nothing happened. To the polo Great Lakes people/owners: please lord if you’re trying to protect your assets by having a secret shopper, don’t have them harass customers and invade their personal space. He was blatantly obvious and with how creepy he was, that sure is a way to scare away customers. Very pathetic. Do better.

I had to get last minute Father’s Day gifts and Jamar went above and beyond searching sizes, making suggestions, mentioning sales/offers, etc all while multitasking & being very kind & attentive to other customers as well. Very impressive!
