I think today I had the very worst shopping experience ever in my whole life my Sister bought me a gift from this store and when I opened it, I laughed because it's nothing I could ever see myself wearing! so today I decided to take it back and have it put back on her card which she gave me. so when I got there I went up to the register and I had the gift receipts and the original receipt and told the lady I would like to return these items the lady called the manager and said they can not return the gift card and they can't return the 3 D charm scarf by Michael kor which was 30.00 The lady the whole time was staring at me and making me feel really weird, Then the manager came over there and said they cannot return any of these items because I did not have the tag on the scarf even though I have the gift receipt and the original receipt Then she proceeded to tell me she could give me in store credit for the gift card Then she pointed over towards the shampoo and soap and said I could probably find something I needed over in that area, while standing there laughing at me I asked to see the manager and she said she was the manager her name was Nicole so the manager is allowed to speak to their customers that way? I now know why I never Have been in the store before because number one I'm not used to being talked to like that, She was discriminating against me by the clothes I was wearing and telling me the shampoo and soap is over there like I needed to take a shower completely rude and unprofessional and I am not through with this yet not even close, well both ladies did they're laughing at me and thought it was hilarious I found it very disturbing I feel like I was discriminated against and humiliated in front of the whole store

I purchased $330 in gifts online and picked them up in store, but was told I couldn’t get gift wrapping because I hadn’t selected that option online. A staff member kindly tried to help by finding boxes, but the manager came out and refused. I understand store policy, but after waiting in a long line, receiving 10 gift items stuffed into a small shopping bag was really disappointing. Wasn't the store's responsibility to give at least a simple wrapping for goods? Just felt I was badly treated. She Just said no without offering an extra bag. Won't come back again!

I stopped into the Auburn Hills Nordstrom Rack today to pick up a few items. I purchased 6 small holiday tree scrubs (they are so cute) , and 6 small Hempz peppermint lotions for my daughter’s teacher gift baskets. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely ruined the visit. The cashier was too busy talking to another sales associate to even acknowledge me. I waited in line for several minutes before she finally looked up, and when she did, her attitude was extremely rude and snotty. Instead of greeting me or offering any basic customer service, she immediately snapped, “All sales are final,” in a very dismissive tone. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but I do expect to at least be acknowledged and spoken to respectfully. The lack of professionalism was unacceptable and honestly made me rethink coming to this location again. Nordstrom Rack can do better. This was definitely not the customer experience I’m used to.
