My favorite ever scrubs were discontinued, and for my backup they only had one pair in my size… Ziggy took what little I could describe about what I wanted in scrubs and quickly found multiple alternatives for me that I genuinely love and walked out with! She was extremely helpful, but never pushy. She even went and grabbed a different size for me to pass over the door so I didn’t have to completely redress and go grab it.

The invoice clearly says that exchanges are free, the gentleman on the phone says they don't do that and wanted to charge me every stocking fee. I have a photo of the invoice below. We will also buy other complaint with the better business bureau. The order number is in the photo

I also had SUCH a fantastic experience getting scrubs as a trans person who wasn’t enthusiastic about getting men vs. women clothes in the first place. Whoever the very nice woman was who helped my partner and I is, she deserves a raise! She was kind and patient and helped me find scrubs that I was comfortable in, were gender-affirming, and felt professional in. Thank you!!
