- AAAntonioJul 4, 20255.0Fatima was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, funny, and very attentive. She heard a loud noise from my direction and immediately asked if I was ok. I told her "Nuffin hit me; I'm not gonna sue!" and her and another customer started cracking up - eventually I did too, lol. Her customer service was top-notch and made my experience truly enjoyable. Because of her, I will return!
- CTCrystal TApr 10, 20231.0*** Bad Customer service *** I walked in on April 10, 2023 In to purchase one dress I really needed. It’s was 10 mins to closing . I asked to try on the girl at the register said they were close but let me ask the manager so she did . The African American manager with glasses. Said NO because it just turned 8pm .. I was already In the store and had 2 additional items at the register to purchase.. I just needed to make sure the one dress was the right size. I decide to just drop everything at the register and walk out .. By the time I got my car it was only 8:02 pm so it probably wasn’t 8 pm yet. There is too many other express stores I can go to or better yet JUST SHOP ONLINE … you will always get a better experience no matter what time it is… there is never no real traffic in this store so I probably can guess they don’t always end the day with high numbers so I’m sure my purchase could have help their EOD numbers… SMH managers must do better
