  Walked in to the Rockville location to find scrubs for my wife and I had no idea what I was looking for or looking at. Bryant jump right in to help me. They didn't have the brand she was looking for but Bryant recommended a different brand and went above she beyond to make sure I left the site with exactly what she needed, all while still helping other customers by himself. We gratefully appreciate your professionalism and recommend this location

  Piggybacking off another post about the store hours. Per Google the store closes at 7pm but there's a note stating they close at 6pm on Saturday. How??? And why??? I came to the door, saw the sign, caught the eye of the tall light skin slim male employee, he began walking torward the front of the store only to turn around and walk away. This is ridiculous. Please consider updating the website hours on Google if th3 store is gonna close early than what is being shown online. Another customer i met in the parking lot informed me the same thing happened to her yesterday where the store closed early even though it states 7pm online. Do better. No one wants to waste gas, time, and energy to come to a store that's already closed.

  I’m giving 4 stars because my experiences here have generally been great up until a couple of weeks ago. I overheard a situation where an older woman mentioned twice that she couldn’t hear the gentleman assisting her because he was speaking too quickly. Another associate clarified what she thought the woman had said, and as she walked away, he responded, “or maybe you’re just too slow to hear me.” The woman likely heard his comment but chose not to respond. I found his behavior to be disrespectful and unprofessional, and he appeared to be walking around angrily afterward with an attitude. This was disappointing to witness, as it does not reflect the helpful and pleasant service I have consistently received from the people who work here. I hope this type of behavior is addressed so future experiences continue to be positive.

  So disappointed I drove out here and arrived at 10:10am doors locked. I waited until 10:40 still no one to open the store. I ran a few errands came back and there is a note on the door they had to run to the bank be back shortly. It’s now 12:40 and the store is still closed. No one answers the phone here or the other location. Very unprofessional.

  Many different choices from lower priced to higher priced - all sizes from petite to 4X - staff is helpful without being pushy - It was nice to be able to try things on - ordering on line does not always work out as well JA
