But what really stood out was the surprise at the register – Steven gave me 50% off every item I purchased! His kindness, professionalism, and genuine attitude made a lasting impression on me. He was incredibly welcoming and friendly from start to finish. In a time when great customer service is hard to come by, Steven reminded me that it still exists. Had to ask where inventory was for dogs I just told the girl with the nose ring what I wanted dog bed and blanket, took me the corner. All there was was dog leashes and treat bags. I was just looking for a dog blanket. They don't carry that in inventory and suggested I pick it up online. Not even an effort was given to call into the local store or the check inventory. Overall lousy customer service and poor location, no inventory, no boots or footwear, not even for working class! I won't be back or recommend it.
