I loved the shoes but I refused to buy them because of her attitude. It’s really sad to see grown woman unable to control their emotions and unable to behave accordingly in society and/or their workplace. PSA TO THE WORKER: YOURE WORKING AT THE MICHAEL KORS OUTLET. Maybe join the TSA OR DMV. Not sales/retail/customer service :)

I Love the Michael Kors designs, however I have a problem with the customer service. Each time I've visited this location not once have I had a sales associate approach or ask me if I need any assistance. This is very disappointing for me because I've been in the customer service field for over 20 years and to not be acknowledged anytime I've come for a visit is very disappointing. I hope this review helps your staff understand that you shouldn't discriminate or assume because someone looks or dresses a certain way does not mean they are not interested in being assisted.

For sticking up for another person , this other person is older than her could be her grandma . She should be fired ! Also I had another person here talking bad to me wearing a pink dress she did not want ti give me her name telling me to get out , they threaten to call security this store is definitely ghetto they have unprofessional people that should not be working there . They just bring the brand down . You will keep losing customer as this is the last time spending time . 12pm if you want to check cameras ! And not just that she asked the cashier to give her all my personal information ? For what ? I will sue you guys!
