He seemed rushed throughout the process, did not provide a paper receipt, and mixed my returns, which required me to double-check everything through email. Additionally, his body language and facial expressions gave me the impression that he did not appreciate handling my return. As a loyal customer, I both purchase and return items at your store, and I believe every customer deserves the same courteous and professional service regardless of the reason for their visit. Returning items should not result in being treated with less respect. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve customer service standards at your store.
