My son (and all the kids) loved it. Moon Bounce delivered it the morning of the party (very promptly) and then picked it up at the end of the day. They set it up in our backyard and broke it down. It was a seamless experience and they couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks again for making his big day feel special!

The sales/booking team was wonderful helping us navigate the site, delivery to our alley in Capitol Hill was no problem at all, and the guys who dropped the equipment (bounce house, tables, concessions) were knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. The owner even reached out after to apologize for some minor confusion over the tables we ordered; it was such a small detail, but the fact that he prioritized customer service the way he did speaks volumes about the quality of service this company is committed to providing. We’ve used a lot of event planning companies over the years, and most are just okay. For us, the search is over; these folks really have it dialed in. Looking forward to planning our next party w/ Moon Bounce Galaxy’s MD-based team.

The 2 guys who did set up and take down were very professional and friendly and were in and out. I will absolutely be renting from here again!
