    Their selection of items sucks at this particular store, it’s dirty, many of the cosmetics are used, I bought a faulty item here and I couldn’t even return it. They sell faulty items on purpose. I know it’s Nordstrom but many items are overpriced.

    Similar to the previous review, I also had difficulty returning Nordstrom items to this location after waiting in line for an extended period of time. I contacted Nordstrom directly afterwards and they informed me that the reason provided at this location was inaccurate. This seems to be a recurring issue here. Customer service is lacking and inefficient.

    Excellent store in a very nice well to do area, surrounded by all types of shops and nice homes and condos and also park is across the street from it. Has the expected Nordstrom high quality clothing with lots of sales and reduce prices.

    My senior mother and I had a deeply upsetting experience at Nordstrom Rack. She was simply trying to return two items purchased online, but due to poor internet service in the store, her email receipt wouldn’t load. When we reached the cashier (the one wearing glasses), he repeatedly asked for the “barcode,” saying he could not help without it. My mother politely suggested that he swipe her Nordstrom card to locate the purchase, but he abruptly refused and said, “No, I can’t pull up the purchase with your card, and it’s a line of people—can you step aside until you pull up the receipt?” This was not said as a question—he threw up his hands and gestured for us to move aside, dismissively. I then asked the cashier next to him if there was another way to locate the transaction. That cashier responded kindly, saying yes, and even offered to assist. The first cashier then threw up his hands again, loudly stated, “I need to get out of here, I’m not helping them,” and walked off. As the second cashier began processing the return, several loss prevention staff suddenly approached the first cashier, who pointed directly at my mother and me as if we had done something wrong. When we asked why we were being stared at and pointed toward, one of the loss prevention officers (wearing grey) responded condescendingly that the transaction couldn’t be found. When I clarified that the second cashier had already completed the return, the officer became irate, waving his hands and ordering us to “just get out.” I calmly walked my mother to the car, then returned to request a manager. Loss prevention said there was no manager on duty and refused to provide any names. When I knocked lightly on the door after waiting for about 30 seconds, another officer came out aggressively and told me, “Stop banging on the door before I make you!” I immediately left the store out of fear for my safety. This entire encounter was humiliating, unprofessional, and felt rooted in prejudice. At no point did my mother or I raise our voices or behave inappropriately. We were treated with disrespect, dismissed in front of other customers, and unfairly targeted by loss prevention for simply attempting a return. Nordstrom has always claimed to value customer service and inclusion, but this experience was the complete opposite. I hope management seriously investigates this incident, retrains their staff, and ensures that no other customer—especially an elderly one—is treated this way again.
