I walked out the store and will spend my money where i am greeted properly. Train your associates to treat customers better.

I was unable to find what I was looking for and, despite making multiple attempts to get help, I was largely ignored. When I asked a manager named Richard for assistance, I was told he was “with a customer,” although I did not visibly see him assisting anyone at the time. It felt dismissive and disheartening. That said, the experience wasn’t completely negative—Diamond and Sam were both incredibly kind and helpful during my visit, and I truly appreciated their professionalism. I ended up leaving the store empty-handed, which is disappointing as I came in ready to make a purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the level of service at this location
