- NCNilay CantuanNov 7, 20251.0I have been shopping at the Clarksburg Premium Outlets location for years, but the past year has been extremely disappointing. The store is often disorganized, and I frequently come across damaged or poorly maintained items. The overall atmosphere feels far below the standards expected from Ralph Lauren. In addition, the customer service experience has declined significantly, which may explain why the store is often empty. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this location.

The workers were all really nice and helpful even tho at times they can make shoppers uncomfortable the way they follow you from a slight distance. Or maybe they just followed me heavy because I had a stroller.
