  Everywhere in the store was very messy and I couldn’t find my size. I looked for someone to ask, but nobody helped. Even when there was an issue at the checkout, the manager didn’t come to assist, even though they were in the store. It’s a terrible store, extremely messy, and some of the sweaters even had torn spots where the security tags were attached.

  I recently visited your store and was very disappointed with the level of organization, particularly in the sale section. There were sweaters with torn seams, jackets with missing tags, and a generally messy layout. In fact, it wasn’t just the sale section; the entire store appeared quite disorganized. This gave the impression that the store is not being properly maintained. Experiences like this negatively impact the brand’s value and reputation. I was also surprised that the store manager allowed the environment to become this disordered. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan to return.

  I saw other reviews saying the staff here are rude, they were being polite. Elissa, who introduced herself as the manager, was beyond rude, she was openly hostile and discriminatory. My husband and I came to buy Thanksgiving gifts for our five uncles and aunts, so we simply asked for five shopping bags, one for each gift. She refused, even after we offered to pay 50¢ each, then ordered the employee who was helping us to stop, leaving us to pack everything ourselves with plain white paper. She even took the tape away, just to make sure we couldn’t finish properly. Meanwhile, a white couple next to us got multiple bags with no issue. It was humiliating and clearly targeted. I genuinely hope Polo Ralph Lauren starts offering better mental health support for their employees, some of them clearly need it. Honestly, If you’re not white, don’t bother walking in, they’ll make sure you regret it before you even leave the counter. We went to four or five other stores that day, including Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, Tory Burch...and NOT A SINGLE ONE charged for bags or made us feel this way.

  I created an account and downloaded the app to purchase items here. However, when I was asked for my phone number at the register and gave it, I was told there was no record of me. I only gave her my number once, and maybe she misheard it. After that, I opened the app and submitted my ID's QR code, but she didn't even try to scan it and just told me "No"! The staff's attitude is terrible. While I was struggling, she turned her back on me at the register and started chatting while laughing. I came to buy a gift but ended up feeling unpleasant. I will refrain from shopping at this store in the future. The day I went shopping was a weekday with few customers—a slow day. I want to tell your boss that if you don't properly train your staff, it will diminish the brand's value!

  terrible experience here I was getting helped out by an only white lady, and as I was about to check out I wanted to sign up for the loyalty program. The link wasn’t working and instead of having patience she ushered me away from the register, and said that this isn’t a polo outlet it’s an actual store speaking to me in a condescending manner like I didn’t belong. I decided to not sign up for the app or purchase my item. That is so unacceptable and terrible customer service.
