- AAA. ANov 10, 20251.0I’ve always appreciated how friendly most of the staff are at this store. Unfortunately, my experience with Heather was disappointing. She appeared to treat customers differently based on skin color — smiling and engaging warmly with some, while showing clear attitude toward others. I hope management addresses this so all customers are treated with the same respect and professionalism.

- VSVinayak SJun 20, 20251.0Never trust their store helper, I bought 6 shirts & tshirts before my vacation and store helper picked up incorrect size of one t-shirt. I was out of country for vacation and found one tshirt size was incorrect. When I came back they denied to return although original tags were still on and there was no wear n tear on tshirt. First store manager assured over phone to get replacement for size and second store ma anger denied to replace on visit. Never seen any other brand have this problem in returns. They help extra mile for regular customers. However I lost $138 with one tshirt and never going to buy this brand again. It was store employee fault who took tshirts from my hand and said she will place it on counter but they can’t even look at it. Why all L size and one is S. Never knew Ralph Lauren going so down and becoming a street vendor shop now
