  I had an extremely upsetting experience here a couple of weeks ago. I lost my wallet inside the store, so it absolutely did have everything to do with the store yet the manager told me it wasn’t the store’s problem. I was panicking because I had to catch a flight in two days, and I was crying while trying to find it. The staff were kind and tried to help me look for it, and I really appreciate them for that they showed more compassion than their boss ever did. The manager rudely shut them down and said they weren’t allowed to help me because she didn’t personally see anyone take my wallet. Then, instead of helping me or showing any empathy, she laughed in my face and called security on me while I was clearly distressed. In the end, I found my wallet in a completely different aisle that I hadn’t even been to so obviously someone moved it. The whole situation was incredibly stressful and could have been handled so much better if the manager actually cared. The staff deserve recognition for trying their best despite such cold leadership. The manager, however, was completely unprofessional and unbelievably rude.

  I was there with my family. Exploring footwears. I bought one pair for myself and my dad also liked one. We told them we want to buy it. But they said no that they can’t sell it to us just bcoz it’s 8 pm and that is there closing time. We were in the shop from last 15 mins. But still they behaved rudely with us. Never going to this shop again.

  Came into the store on April 27th, and unfortunately this visit brings this bad review. There was some confusion and miscommunication. The staff that was scheduled this evening did not handle the situation well. Instead of working with us to solve the issue, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude, and not willing to help us out. “I wasn’t the one who did X” At many customer service jobs, you would have a talking to for this remark, and guided to solve the issue. This resulted in both workers arguing between themselves, so we just ended up leaving. The store was gross, boxes that were not taken out, and there was spilt coffee on the floor that was not cleaned. I can understand having lots of customers, however there were not many people in the store. I don’t think I’ll be coming to spend money here again until they train staff on better customer service and housekeeping skills. We were not asked if we needed anything either. It’s unfortunate to see the quality of customer service decline at this store. I remember having workers always asking if we needed anything, helping with sizing, etc; Again, I can understand if it’s busy, however it was not.

  The store and employees the best , but manager is the worst, she yell to employees doesn’t train people, and even call my friend sketchy, my friend have a mental breakdown at work , she couldn’t take it and started to cry and if that wasn’t enough, she have another breakdown at her house because of how the manager screamed at her in from of customer, my friend even though about taking her life , :”(“” .
