    I stopped by the store (as the hours online say they are open), only to find they were closed with a sign saying by appointment only. However, the contact info provided doesn’t allow you to reach the store location.

    Hunter and James at the Wellesley location went above and beyond to help me get a complicated order placed correctly, and to make sure that it got to me on time. They even went to bat with "corporate" CustomInk when the printers sent me an email saying that there would be a delay-- and suddenly the delay didn't happen after all! I thought that it would be an added step to go into the store to place the order, rather than doing it online-- but it truly made every single part of the process easier and smoother. I will never order from CustomInk without the help of the in-person Wellesley team again! Thank you SO much to Hunter and James for their help-- the best of the best.

    Great convenient location in Metro West. It's great to have a retail location to examine the products before ordering. Emelie, the store manager, is very helpful in explaining the different options. I chose expedited service and the products arrived earlier than expected before Christmas.
