They first sat with me and explained in detail the qualities of a diamond and how pricing works. I told them what my budget was and they absolutely stuck to that budget. They never once tried to upsell me. They were open and attentive to listening to my ideas on what I wanted to buy and made very helpful suggestions along the way to help get what I wanted and to stay within my budget. In addition Matt helped me ship the ring in secret so my fiancé wouldn’t find out about it. Last they encouraged me to look into ring insurance which is something I never would have thought about and is so important for a purchase like this. They truly thought of everything. The ring was ready in a timely fashion and Matt kept me updated throughout the process right up to when it was shipped. The quality and service at DeScenza Diamonds is second to none. This was one of the biggest life and financial decisions of my life and Matt and Joanna made the process easy, efficient, and very fun! I cannot recommend them enough! An absolute pleasure doing business with them. I will never buy jewelry for my future wife anywhere else.
