After I politely declined the insurance twice, he continued to push it and told me to “keep listening.” When I stood my ground, he called me rude. That level of pressure and disrespect completely ruined the shopping experience, and I left without buying the sunglasses. I came in ready to purchase, but the behavior of this salesperson changed my mind. Management should be aware that pushy upselling and insulting customers drives business away. This is the store near the Uniq-Lo store.

But the sales person Clay incorrectly entered the larger size for the shipment also, so I received the wrong size. After 5+ calls with both corporate and the store, store managers Heaven and Gloria said they just can't do anything, and "sucks for you" essentially. Really pathetic operation
