  This is the most unprofessional Rolex boutique we’ve ever encountered. Proceed with extreme caution. The entire operation feels predatory. You truly ‘have to pay to play’ here. The director, Radwan, makes it unmistakably clear that you’re expected to provide something extra if you want access to certain pieces. It’s a small community, people talk. They’ll even push you to buy jewelry across the street at Long’s Jewelers before you’re considered for a watch. The whole process feels less like a luxury experience and more like navigating a back-channel system that shouldn’t exist. People in the community talk a lot and none of it is good. Their reputation is sinking for a reason. If Rolex HQ knew the half of it, they would be deeply concerned. I genuinely hope Rolex reallocates the license to a retailer that respects clients and upholds the brand’s integrity.

  I seldom leave reviews, but my experience with this boutique and more specifically with my SA, Angel has been outstanding, so I wanted to take the time to provide feedback on my experience. This boutique and more specifically Angel has been more than welcoming and has become an essential part of my collecting journey. Angel and team recently helped me secure a beautiful piece that I’ve been wanting to add for a long time — a reference that requires timing, trust, and someone who truly understands how the pieces I’m looking to curate fits into my lifestyle and overall collection. He handled it with the kind of discretion, thoughtfulness, knowledge and enthusiasm you only find in the best people in this space. What I appreciate most is that Angel understands the details that matter to collectors — pacing, curation, and the right pieces to show based on the collector’s lifestyle and journey. There’s no games, no salesmanship. He listens, he anticipates, and he brings the right pieces at the right time. We’ve connected over racing and F1, and given the work I do around that world, it’s rare to find someone who can speak that language naturally. That shared perspective shows up in the way Angel manages the relationship — always aligned. Angel’s approach makes loyalty effortless. He’s helping me shape a collection with intention and respect. But what truly made my visit outstanding was Angel — by far the best representative I’ve ever met. Angel embodies professionalism, expertise, and genuine warmth. He took the time to explain every detail with such care and passion, making the entire experience feel special and memorable.   Stopped by at 4:15 PM right after I left their Patek boutique. Thought I still had plenty of time to stop in and look. Even the employees at the Patek boutique told me that I still had time right before I left. Unfortunately, I was told at the door that they were closed. Nice way to treat someone who has purchased a watch from you in the past. In fact, the only watch I was "lucky enough" to purchase even after stopping by multiple times over the past 4 years! Still have not received a call for the next one that I've been so patiently waiting for. Thanks for treating a previous customer of yours in this way!
