Aside from the initial ordering through Brett, nothing went right to the point of having to use a different company to get my business shirts before I opened. After that disaster, my wife handled the back and forth with them and they gave us a full refund due to not actually getting our shirts, as well as a decent discount if we chose to use them again. A couple weeks back we decided to give them one last shot as we needed shirts and the discount was helpful. We scheduled to sit down and order shirts with Brett. The morning we got there Brett was running late. However, he had already briefed Madison on our past experience and she took care of us. Between the two of them the ordering process yet again went flawlessly. This time we received phone calls throughout the process to confirm everything was going as planned/scheduled. We received our shirts 4 days earlier than expected and our winter hats on time. I understand that the level of customer service was likely higher than it might have otherwise been due to our previous experience. That being said, I appreciated that they recognized it didn't go correctly the first time and were making sure this time went well. I have regained confidence in Custom Ink and believe that our first experience was likely an aberration not the norm. I will be using them again and highly recommend giving them a shot.
