  I had the worst experience I’ve ever had a LV store at this on in New Orleans yesterday 10/16/2025. I went in looking specifically to purchase a pair of sneakerenias. On display they had 4 colors shown.Just the basic ones, one of which I already own. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and no one in the store even said hello. I found a man walking around with an iPad in his hand. I asked him about the shoes and that I wanted to purchase a pair other than the displayed colors. He said there may be more colors in the back but I would have to wait for a SA. I said ok, and after waiting 35 minutes I still had not been helped. I went back to the man with the iPad and he said he would have to “organize” his list again to let me know my place in line. I waited another 10 minutes for him to tell me there was one other person in front of me. After another 15 minutes a SA with a snippy demeanor asked if he could help me. I explained I wanted to purchase a sneakerina in a color other than the ones on display. He asked my size and went to the back. When he returned he had one shoe in his hand. It was a beautiful color and different than the ones displayed. As I reached for the shoe he proceeded to tell me it was 4 sizes small than mine and that he didn’t have my size in stock. I was perplexed on WHY he even bought it out! After waiting well an hour only to be told they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock is super poor customer service and an utter waste of time.

  Jason was literally the best. Very knowledgeable, and pinpointed my vibe right away. He presented a few options, all of which were great. However… he found the bag that I fell in love with. He went above and beyond by having it shipped to my house so I’m not cramming this beautiful bag into my suitcase! All the staff were so friendly and helpful while I was there. An overall great experience! 10/10!

  Walked in to get a bag for my mother in law for her birthday. Unfortunately the customer service wasn’t what we expected. We didn’t get any assistance for bags and had to ask multiple times for prices for bags. Other people got assistance and even champagne so I’m not sure if it was a minority issue, or if they thought we were just window shopping but the customer service needs improvement. Walked over next door to Tory Burch and got amazing customer service right away and walked out with my mother in laws birthday gift.

  Yesterday my friend and I visited the Louis Vuitton store in New Orleans to get a New Orleans stamp on our passport covers — something we love to do when traveling to different states and countries. Normally we’re told this procedure takes around 48 hours, which doesn’t usually fit with the short length of our trips. This time, however, we were helped by a wonderful salesperson named Adrianne. Thanks to her, it only took about 20 minutes to have our passport covers stamped clearly and beautifully. She not only provided fast and excellent service, but she also noticed that the stamp on my friend’s passport cover from Louis Vuitton Turkey was vague. Adrianne promised to correct it — and by the end of her shift the same day, she did! Miss Adrianne, if you ever read this — please accept our sincere gratitude. What you did means a lot to us. People like you truly care about both the customers and the image of the company you represent. In my opinion, you deserve a raise, because you turned a small service into a truly memorable experience.

  Mr. Manager and Ms. Hayden were outstanding. Ms. Hayden helped me find my proper sneaker size and was very knowledgeable. I definitely will be coming back here.
