I made eye contact with a male employee, and he immediately turned his head around. I believe he was the MOD. I went next door to Ann T. Factory, it was a completely different experience. I was greeted the moment I walked in.
- MMMimi Meem'dAug 20, 20251.0I visited this location on Monday, August 18, 2025 at about 3pm. There were 3 associates working that day, and not one of them greeted me or welcomed me in. They all walked by several times without acknowledging my presence in any capacity, while helping and greeting others. No eye contact, no smiles, nothing. I shopped for about an hour, and decided that if nobody said anything, I would leave all my clothes in the dressing room and take my business elsewhere. I ran out of the dressing room to find another size, and finally someone asked if I was finding everything okay, but I'm thinking he only asked that because he had determined that I was a serious buyer since I was trying so many things on. I have worked in customer service and sales for over 20 years and can not understand why people get jobs that they don't like or want to do. This place still made $400 off of me because my daughter absolutely loved the pieces I chose for her, and I couldn't stand the idea of disappointing her. Not likely that I will return, though.

While I appreciate he was trying to speed up the lines on a busy day, he should at least be familiar with how to work the computer system! When he couldn’t figure it out, he made me get back in line- The END of the line. I had to wait another 20 minutes to check out. Needlessly to say, will NOT be shopping here again. I at least expected an apology and it would have been a nice gesture to let me back in line next.
