- IOigor omerbegovicOct 29, 20253.0I really used to like this store. When it initially opened it was exactly what Lafayette needed. A nice, clean, rather upscale discount store. At any point in time I was able to find great brands such as Boss, Hickey Freeman, Tom Baker, etc at great price. The store wasn't cluttered and there was great variety of product. However, at some point after COVID everything changed and has sadly remained the same since. I went to do a bit of shopping for the first time in several months at Nordstrom. Gone are big brands, instead its penguin and other mediocre brands you can find at Marshalls, etc for a better price. Customer service has gone meh. And the variety of product has dropped significantly. There are a LOT less luxury and formal items, and if I am correct stores like Saks Off 5th and Nordstrom Rack should be all about formal and luxury items. Less casual golfer guy clothing. At any rate, if anyone from the company reads this, I hope you do something about the quality of brands. Lafayette is a city with a good bit of money and very few luxury outlets/shops. I personally would shop a lot more at your store than at Dillard's or other places if I could find the brands I like. And I m sure that there is a considerable number of people who feel the same way. - AMAlaa MwzMay 27, 20255.0I like this place, the staff are always friendly. Actually the manager I forgot her name one time folded the jeans I bought 3 times because she wanted it to look perfect meanwhile at lulu lemon the cashier literally threw my clothes in the bag didn’t bother to fold them.
