- JLJulie LawlessOct 21, 20255.0The receptionist, I wish I remembered her name, was beyond helpful for the multiple phone calls and very knowledgeable on her stuff, Freddie was absolutely wonderful with set up and day of checking in and his crew too, super friendly and helpful, communicated well and made sure we were happy and taken care of. I won’t take a star away because of the crappy experience myself and my mother had with the take down supervisor but it did leave a bad taste, but the entire experience with Freddie’s wonderful team overshadowed the other team ten fold. I will 100% recommend them and use them again

They texted prior to the event to let me know when they would be coming to set up and then on the day of, they texted to let me know they were on their way and then called when they got here. As far as the pricing goes, my total price ended up being a good $100 more than the rental price listed due to the other fees that needed to be tacked on. All the fees are 100 percent understandable it just would have been a little easier to see an “all in” price before the final checkout page. But overall it was a great experience and we would certainly rent from them again.
