- KCK COct 18, 20251.0Usually they have been able to do what I need, but this time was a real disappointment. They told me they could meet my deadline and get the job done without outsourcing. But when it came down to the wire, I had to call them, then got a run around, and finally I had to just cancel the job because they couldn't get it done on time and in house like they initially told me. Won't be back.

Keep her around for sure, nice to see someone that truly cares and knows what they have and/or selling and what's available. Makes it much easier for us, the parents doing the back to school shopping. She took all the stress out of the process! Great job...
