The supposed manager "April" was loud, reactive (used extremely vulgar language) , and I quote said to "learn how to raise your kids" to my sister talking about her one and two year old. They were not causing any trouble and even if they were is this really how you handle a situation as the professional? Whoever April is lacks decorum and conflict resolution in the work place. How disappointing right before Christmas time as well. No holiday cheer to found at Academy on Pinnacle Pkwy in Covington.
