- JDJeff DaughertyNov 3, 20251.0There was a man behind the counter and a lady (employee) on the outside of the counter. I stood right in front of the man and he never even looked up. The lady had her clicker and counted firearms in the case, told him the number, and as with the man, didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I’m disabled and walk with a cane so my walking distance and standing time is very limited. Once I realized I was none of their concern, I left empty handed. Needless to say it was my first and last trip to the Owensboro location. I wish I could attribute this to them being very busy. However, the 5-6 vehicles in the parking lot threw that theory out the window. Edit: I’m sitting in the parking lot typing this review and the man behind the counter just walked across the parking lot to leave. My business wasn’t worth a few seconds of his time to answer a question at 5:30pm. I believe he needs to be trained that he is a representative of the company and his actions tonight lost a customer. He may be better suited for a warehouse position that doesn’t deal with the public face to face.
