She set the tone with a warm greeting and asked how she could assist. Was looking for a winter coat and she walked me through several examples, carefully explaining the different warmth levels. Finally settled on a Yukon extreme jacket but also picked up some gloves and a flagship beanie cap. Kristen also signed me up for rewards and quickly earned a $10 off next item. Can’t beat that!
