To me the inventory and customer service makes them what they are and what they are is great. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is, I wish they had a bigger selection of left handed casting reels. This store will continue to be my top fishing/clothing store.

I cannot remember his name, but I do remember that he is a retired Dentist who practiced in New Castle. He pointed us to what we needed and was a great conversationalist. Kudos to him, and thank you!!!
