We are a family business providing Engraving and Embroidery to businesses, government, schools, families and individuals across Kentucky. We specialize in Horse Industry, Wedding Gifts, Graduation Gifts, Corporate Awards, & Work/School Awards and Uniforms. We sell Luxury Gifts, do Silver/Pewter engraving, and work on Copper, Bronze, Brass items.
We can do trade, mechanical and engineering engraving on small to medium size metals, plastics, and wood. We can do same day work for extra charge.
We also have excellent garment catalogs and specialize in hard to find uniforms, corporate button downs, polo shirts, technical wear and casual clothing. We offer many garments of all categories in plus sizes (3x-6x). We will give best retail price!

I went to pick it up and it was all wrong and the women blamed herself for not being able to read her own handwriting. She told me she would fix it and I could pick it up Saturday morning and I’ve called and went by multiple times and she is a no show. Upset is an understatement for how inconsiderate this company is and she knew I need my item by today. DONT USE this company. Not organized at all

- CSChinni SuryadevaraSep 25, 20201.0I would not do business here. I was given a price quote and charged above that quote when I went to pick up my product. When I asked why the charge was over I was told there was a "last minute fee", which I was not informed about because I called the day before to ask for the price range and given "12.50 ish" and asked the morning of and was told "10.50". When I said this was not the price I was given I was told I was getting upset over $5 for a "quality" product and that I should be happy with it and move on. I was also called "a child", and "a peasant" because they do work for high up companies and I am just a "peasant" compared to their other customers. As far as the work goes, the embroidery was good. However, the customer service was disappointing and I will not be using this service again.
